Stone-Goff Partners Announces Refinancing of Credit Facility for MissionWired to Support Next Stage of Growth

June 12, 2025 --

Stone-Goff Partners (“SGP”), a lower middle market private equity firm focused on technology-driven business-to-business services companies active in the knowledge economy, today announced the funding of a new senior credit facility led by PGIM Private Capital, the private capital arm of PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial Inc., to support the growth of SGP portfolio company MissionWired (“Company”), a leading provider of technology-enabled marketing and fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations and political campaigns and committees.

The new debt capital allows MissionWired to refinance its existing credit facility and bring in a new lending partner that is excited to continue supporting MissionWired’s organic growth and actionable M&A pipeline. PGIM served as the sole lead arranger.

"We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with PGIM to support the continued growth of MissionWired," said Hannah Stone Craven, co-founder and Managing Partner of SGP. "Together with MissionWired’s leadership, we are excited to continue to build and deliver innovative fundraising solutions to support their clients’ causes.”

Founded in 2007 by Anne Lewis and led by CEO Kate Kline, MissionWired is a leading provider of data-driven omnichannel marketing and fundraising solutions for mission-driven organizations. The Company serves nonprofit organizations, political campaigns and committees with a suite of technology-enabled services and data products, enabling clients to scale their impact and reach. MissionWired is known for its pioneering application of AI to optimize donor acquisition and fundraising performance.
