Peru

On 25 April 2019, the Peru National Emergency Operations Center (COEN), reported heavy rain and floods in Manantay District, Coronel Portillo District, Ucayali Department; 70 families and homes were affected, and several families were evacuated. In addition, 116 people and 30 homes were affected in Villa San Alejandro, Irazola District, Padre Abad Province, and 13 people were injured. Venezuela

On 25 April 2019, the Venezuela Civil Defense issued an Alert for the States of Falcon, Lara, Yaracuy, Carabobo, Aragua, Cojedes, Portuguesa, Barinas, Guarico, and Tachira due to heavy rain and storms. Volcano

Ecuador

On 1 April 2019, the Ecuador Institute of Geophysics reported that the Reventador volcano, located in the eastern Andes of Ecuador, registered ash fall reaching 1,000 meters above the crater toward the west and northwest. On 25 April 2019, media reported heavy rain in Los Juríes Municipality, Santiago del Estero Province, Argentina, where more than 300 people were evacuated, at least 50 homes flooded, and several families were left isolated due to floods.
